- The property manager needed to install chargers to fulfill a tenant’s lease agreement but saw an opportunity to expand the project due to the mixed-use nature of the property.
- Given the mixed-use nature of the property (office, retail, and condos), they recognized an opportunity to install additional chargers that could serve as a revenue-generating asset.
Solution
- By installing 8 chargers across two garages, they met the lease requirement and created a potential revenue-generating asset to offset costs and boost profitability.
- Since the two garages would not accommodate the pedestal EV Charging unit, the second garage went with 4 wall mount units.
