Returns and Exchanges
While Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting strives to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, occasionally there are errors that need to be corrected. We will do everything possible to comply with reasonable requests for returns and will issue any refund due to you as promptly as possible. All returns must be pre-approved by Voss Lighting. Please call your local Voss Lighting office, or our home office at 1-800-928-8677 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product. In the event of damaged or defective product, Voss Lighting will replace or refund the cost of the product at our discretion. Notification to Voss Lighting of damaged or defective product is required within 72 hours of receipt. Voss Lighting stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 72 hours of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Voss Lighting has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all returned items are shipped at the customer’s expense. If shipping via US Postal Service, insurance and delivery confirmation is also required for your protection. Voss Lighting will accept returns for regular stock items unless your order is considered a Special Order. Special Orders would consist of, but are not limited to, the following types of orders: items we do not stock, discontinued items, quantities of items that are above what we normally stock, orders with totals over $500.00, and custom ordered items. Unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer’s expense. If you have made an error in selecting a product, please contact our sales office to discuss your requirements. Returns of correctly supplied goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and carriage paid by the customer and may be subject to a re-stocking charge (at our discretion) to cover our expenses. Please note that exchanged items may be subject to re-delivery and administration charges at our discretion: This includes orders that were originally subject to our "free delivery" offer. |
