General Information
You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting must collect sales tax for orders shipped to the states where our branches are located. Our goal is a 100% error-free site. If product price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that were incorrectly priced. Prices are subject to change. All shipments will be billed at the price in effect at the time the order is received and processed at Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting. Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting is not responsible for typographical errors. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed for delivery. Voss Lighting also accepts Fax Orders and Phone Orders. We do not accept Purchase Orders from customers who have no prior credit approval. For customers who purchase on open account, Voss Electric Company, d/b/a Voss Lighting reserves the right to add to your monthly balance a service charge of 1/12% per month (18% annual rate) on all amounts unpaid on the first day of the 2nd month following purchase. If the account is placed with a third party for collection, buyer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection including the reasonable attorneys fees in addition to the service charges stated above. While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are prepared for shipping. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us the same day that you placed your order, either through your local Voss Lighting office, or at our home office at 1-800-928-8677. Many orders ship the same day, so we need to know as soon as possible that you wish to cancel or have changes. We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the level of service received, please email us at complaints@vosslighting.com. Orders that do not reach a $30.00 minimum (sales tax and handling fees not included) will have a $5.00 Minimum Order Fee added to them during checkout. Orders of $30.00 or more are exempt from this fee. |
